To secure appointment slots and minimize scheduling disruptions, new salon clients and those with a history of cancellations are required to provide a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you are a returning client that has not had any cancellations, but the system is requesting a deposit, please call the salon (248)331-2422.
Children 11 years old and up are welcome for hair services in the salon. No exceptions.
Clients need to cancel their appointment at least 72 hours before their scheduled appointment time to avoid loosing their deposit, day of cancellations (and no show) will be required to pay for the estimated service in full. All deposits will be forfeited, as deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. No call no shows must pay the estimated cost of their entire service before booking again. Two no call no shows and the client will not be welcomed back to the salon.

A shampoo service and express steam treatment is included in all services. If a blow out is needed, that is included as well. A basic detangle is included as well. Please make sure any previous styles have been taken down, and broken down.
Yes, hair is included in all service prices with the exception of crochet braids.
Yes, All new clients wishing to book with Niani must book the New Client Experience first.
We exclusively use products provided by the Beaute Anthologie. We will make exceptions for medicated products prescribed by a doctor for a non-contagious hair or scalp condition.
The health and safety of our team members and clients are our top priorities. Our salon can promise that if we are in the salon we have no symptoms of illness, and by you being here, you can confirm you have no symptoms, either. Our stations, tools and products have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before you sat down. Our capes and our towels are clean. We will wear a mask for the entire service and ask you to do the same. All salon guest and team members will sanitize their hands before we begin services.
