Appointment must be cancelled at least 72 hours before their scheduled time, to avoid a minimum $25 cancellation fee. Day of cancellations will be required to pay for the estimated service in full. All deposits will be forfeited, as deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. No call no shows must pay the estimated cost of their entire service before booking again.
